Holistic psychiatry that honors your whole self
Your mental health deserves care that invites all of you—and all you are connected to: your mind, body, soul, community, and environment. I offer support through integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychedelic education and integration, along with ecological medicine, somatic healing, spiritual care, and reciprocal healing, all grounded in a solid foundation of evidence-based medicine.

Deep Listening for True Healing
Im here for it.
You are not your symptoms, and you are certainly not a diagnosis. You are a multifaceted person with unique experiences, emotions, concerns, and needs. That's why I take an integrative approach to mental health, blending holistic psychiatry, supportive lifestyle medicine, and nature-informed healing. Whether you need therapy, medication support, natural remedies, somatic work, psychedelic integration, or a combination of approaches, we'll work together to chart a path that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Dr. Stephanie Stewart
Mental health is not just of the mind—it is of the whole. It emerges through our relationships: with ourselves, one another, our families and communities, and the systems that shape our lives. It includes our connection to both our human and non-human relatives and to the environment that sustains us. When these relationships are tended with care, the whole has the potential to heal.
I am of Black, White, and Native American descent. I appreciate how culture, nature, and ancestral wisdom shape our well-being. This led me on a long journey to study psychiatry, where I blend evidence-based medicine with holistic, nature-based, and psychedelic-assisted healing.

After graduating from Spelman College and Morehouse School of Medicine, I served as Chief Resident at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and later co-developed an innovative community-led wellness program in Los Angeles. I founded Worldwide Wellness as a wellness adventure travel program where modern medicine, informed by Indigenous wisdom, ecological medicine, and reciprocity, is woven into therapy. Today, I train future psychiatrists and advocate for social and ecological justice in psychedelic medicine. In my private practice, I help individuals discover their own path toward holistic wellness.

If you feel called toward a more connected, holistic approach to mental health—with or without medication—I'd love to explore that path with you.

What if you didn’t have to push through exhaustion, anxiety, or the weight of change alone? What if instead of feeling lost in transition, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, you felt held, supported, and deeply seen?

Through holistic psychiatry, ecological medicine, and psychedelic integration, I offer more than treatment, I offer a return to yourself. Whether in one-on-one care or transformative retreats, this is where you step into healing that feels safe, natural, and profoundly yours.
