I work with individuals navigating ADHD and understand how it can present differently across genders. I also support those facing depression that feels difficult to treat, using a range of approaches beyond medication. Anxiety, including the weight of climate and political stress, is real, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Your spiritual beliefs, ancestry, and cultural background are welcomed and respected as essential parts of who you are. I recognize that how you love and who you are shape your lived experience and how the world responds to you. LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring their identities are fully seen, supported, and celebrated here. I care deeply about people and our non-human relatives, and I believe the diversity and complexity of each person is something to honor.
